By accessing or using adlerhealth.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.
2. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Services Provided
Adler Health provides mental health services via licensed professionals through secure telehealth technology. Where appropriate and legally permissible, prescriptions may be issued and medications made available for purchase through affiliated or third-party pharmacies.
4. No Emergency Services
Adler Health is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use telehealth services in your state. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18.
- You reside in a U.S. state where Adler Health operates.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
6. Medical Disclaimers and Informed Consent
By using our telehealth services, you consent to receive medical care through electronic communications and understand:
- Telehealth may not be as complete as in-person care.
- There are potential risks, including transmission delays or unauthorized access.
- The healthcare professional may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your condition.
You agree that all diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions are provided at the sole discretion of the licensed professional based on applicable laws and standards of care.
7. Prescription Services and Medication Fulfillment
Where appropriate, licensed clinicians may prescribe medications. Prescriptions are subject to federal and state regulations. Medications may be fulfilled via partner pharmacies. You must provide accurate medical history and comply with all instructions for use and delivery.
If a prescription is written by a licensed Adler Health provider through a telehealth consultation, the prescribed medications will be delivered directly to the client’s home address as provided during the intake or checkout process.
Adler Health does not guarantee that a prescription will be written.
8. User Accounts
To access certain services, you must create an account and maintain accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree not to share your account and to notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
9. Payment Terms
Fees for services and medications are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable charges and authorize Adler Health or its payment processors to charge your payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity or medical history.
- Attempt to obtain medications fraudulently.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site.
